My Story
Hi, my name is Thomas. My story begins with many roads walked. I believed that I was my ego, and because of that, I pursued a ego-driven lifestyle. I lost myself in everyone else’s stories and never took the time to fix my own brokenness.
I became severely sick unable to eat due to stress, I was so depressed and lost all meaning in life. I lost my faith in God, in myself, and motivation. I went from being extremely religious to an atheist. I started taking depression pills, and when they stopped working, I turned to drinking and marijuana. My relationships crumbled, but my Wife and family helped me out of this dark spot.
It wasn't until I let go of my ego and pride and accepted that I was wrong and needed to change, that my life started to improve. I now enjoy life and live with self-love and self respect, things I never practiced before. I no longer drink or use any type of drugs to escape from my reality because I learned how to be mindful. I found new friends and strengthened my relationship with my wife and family.
Things don't happen to me; they happen for me. I no longer identify with a victim mindset. I have learned that happiness is a bonus in life, but peace and living life as if you only have one, is the most beautiful thing a person can do. Life is art; mistakes will happen, it's how a person grows that matters. The idea that you need to be perfect is a lie that will stop a person from ever starting or will cause a person to judge themself and others too harshly.
I believe that it’s not about what you did but how you change, how you learn to be truly you, and have true love for yourself. When you love yourself, you will show up for the ones you love as a better, more honest version that they will respect, that You will Respect.

My journey to becoming a life coach was deeply personal. After overcoming my own struggles with depression and transitioning away from own vices, I discovered the profound benefits of breathwork and mindfulness. These practices not only helped me find a sense of purpose but also transformed my outlook on life.
I am passionate about sharing these tools with others, especially those seeking to enhance their mental health and overall happiness. In my practice, I create a supportive and non-judgmental environment where clients can explore their inner selves, develop resilience, and cultivate positivity.
Living a clean lifestyle, free from alcohol and drugs, I embody the principles of holistic well-being that I teach. My goal is to help you unlock your potential, achieve your goals, and live a life that feels fulfilling and authentic.
